Granger & Co. 50 Seckford Street, EC1R 0HA London

Bill Granger is something of a national treasure in Australia. Granger and Co. Clerkenwell majors in simple dishes served casually. It’s the latest in a chain of restaurants serving fine but paired-back cuisine.

Granger’s relaxed approach to cookery yields fantastically exciting results. Expect his Hawaiian and Japanese influences to particularly shine through. His dishes are influenced by his travels round the world, where he devises new dishes with both worldwide flair and homemade honesty.
